Ingredients:
- One Half Kilo Squid
- Three Cloves Garlic, (Minced).
- One Onion, (sliced)
- Ginger, sliced
- One cup Vinegar
- One cup Soy sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- Cooking oil of your choice
Adobong Pusit Ingredients |
- Saute the onions, garlic and ginger.
- Add the squid.
- Cook until the squid had slightly change its color.
- Add vinegar and soy sauce.
- Simmer until the squid is tender.
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Serve hot
