STEP 1 Establishing Purpose and Context of Assessment
In order to conduct an effective competency assessment, it is important that you as an assessor is able to establish the clear purpose and context of the assessment process.
Since your primary purpose as competency Assessor is to gather pieces of evidence it is very important that you check and ensure that all materials that you will need are available and complete. This is not limited to your facilities but includes all assessment documents that you will need and be given to you by the TESDA Representative.
