Fish Sarciado

Fish Sarciado
Fish Sarciado Recipe
This dish is one of my foster Mother's favorite that can be prepared using any type of leftover or newly fried fish ...

Fish Sarciado Ingredients
Ingredients
Ingredients:

1. Fried fish of any type (for this recipe I'm using a yellow fin tuna)
2. Two (2) pieces tomatoes.
3. Three (3) cloves of Garlic (chopped or minced)
4. One Red Onions (quartered)
5. Two pieces egg (beaten)
6. Seasoning of your choice (salt, fish sauce, etc)
7. Cooking oil of your choice

Procedures:

1. Heat the frying pan or wok with cooking oil.
2. Fry the fish till golden brown. ( I normally deep fry the fish)
3. Remove the fish, and place it on a paper towel to remove the excess oil.
4. Saute the garlic and onions.
5. Add the Tomatoes with little water
6. Simmer until the tomatoes are cooked.
7. Add the fried fish, simmer for about three (3) to five (5) minutes allowing the taste of the sauted ingredients to penetrate the fish.
8. Add the beaten eggs.
9. Stir a little until the egg settles.
10.  Add seasoning to taste
11. Serve hot with steamed / fried rice.

Happy eating!
